Dr. Anand is working as the Executive Director of ISBR Business School. He has been actively contributing in the roles of an academic, an entrepreneur, a transformative leader, a researcher, and an active learner with international experience. He has held advisory and leadership positions in many educational institutions in more than five countries in the last 20 years.
Dr. Anand has taught in Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. level programs, as well as in executive programs to pre-experienced, experienced students and working professionals at all levels from Assistant Managers to Vice Presidents, coming from different nationalities and cultures. He is an editorial board member and a reviewer in multiple international journals and has guided many scholars and researchers.
Dr. Supriya Lamba Sahdev is a certified trained coach, researcher, and trainer with 11+ years of experience in the field of Marketing and International Business, and currently working as Associate Professor + HOD Marketing and Head of International Office at ISBR Business School. Before this, she worked with Amity University, Uttar Pradesh for 10+ years.
She has a Ph.D. in Management in the area of Open Innovation in Indian Food Processing SMEs. Having an enriched research portfolio with peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and conference presentations across top-tier journals in Management. She has conducted more than 3 International conferences as the Co-Convener and also acted as the special session conference chair for more than 6 International Conferences.
Dr. Nila A. Chotai has a progressive record in the academic domain with over 16 years of experience in the higher education sector and a distinguished record of publications in Academic Journals she has a strong philosophy of teaching, and knowledge of many different methods to motivate students to develop their expertise in specific areas.
Dr. Nila has worked in reputed Management Institutions and Autonomous Universities. Her core area of interest is in Economics & HR. She also has been a core committee member in the accreditation process at Management Institutions for NAAC, NBA & IACBE. She has conducted sessions for German Industry Partners and India Industries Research & Training Institute. She has authored a book on Marketing Management.
